A modern website for a modern property development company
First SITE Apartment Management has long been a customer at Cybernautic. We have redesigned their corporate website twice as the company has grown. 1010 The Lofts on Main in the latest development by First SITE and before they even demo’d the building on the property where the new lofts were to be built, they contacted Cybernautic to have a new website designed to promote the project.
The new development is an incredibly modern property, so First SITE required an incredibly modern website to promote it. Our web designers decided against traditional content layouts for the home page so we could instead make a statement by giving visitors a peek inside a fully furnished virtual layout of one of the new lofts. This has been a tremendously powerful way to connect potential renters with the ambiance of the new lofts, an advantage our designers were proud to deliver.
Great collateral helps build a great website
When First Site approached us about the project, they had no photos (because the lofts didn’t exist yet) and no architectural renderings. It’s very difficult to sell someone on a place they can’t see. So we took a different approach. We were able to combine testimonials from other First Site residents, incredible 3-d modeled floorplans, and a beautiful new logo and style guide. When all of these elements came together, most users didn’t even miss the photos and their feedback was still almost unanimously positive.
