Central Illinois Properties manages a lot of property and as such they must appeal to wide demographic audience. We worked with them to design a site that communicated clearly to a broad demographic audience with a very clear message:  Central Illinois Properties has the Finest Property in the Area.

Pay Rent Online

Central Illinois Properties wanted to allow their customers to pay their rent online to make collection even easier and less of a hassle for everyone. Cybernautic delivered by integrating with a low cost, easy to use system for online apartment rental payment. The results were more consistent rent payments and fewer collection calls to late renters. This worked our well for everyone

A Custom Google Map Makes Searching Easy!

Because Central Illinois Properties has units available in multiple cities throughout Central Illinois, it was important to design a site that made it easy for site visitors to find property in their city. Not only is searching for property in your city important, but we found that users wanted to find property in a certain part of town too. So we created a custom Google Map that allows visitors to view all available unites in a given city. Once they've selected the city, the map will load with a pinpoint showing every available location in that city. This makes it really easy for potential renters to look for property in a specific part of town. In addition to viewing property they can also interact with each property on the map; clicking a pinpoint on the map will load a mini profile of that property including a photo and link to the full profile. This has worked wonderfully for the visitors of Central Illinois Properties.

Specials Change All the Time

Central Illinois Properties also wanted the ability to advertise specials from time to time. We create a Photo Fader on their home page that they can update as often as they like and they can even change the text too. This allows them to more effectively advertising to their site visitors.
