Impressive Design
In his spare time, Matt Franke hones his photography and graphic design skills, so we had fun working with his talents to develop a fresh and unique look for www.frankeconstruction.com. Matt had developed a unique logo that mimics the floorplan of their home office and although it is intentionally distorted for the web, you can see the logo in pattern throughout the background of this website, a subtle branding hint. We also worked with Matt to develop a simple flash animation banner at the top of the home page to catch the attention of their website visitors. All of this, plus more, led to a unique look and feel that has received great reviews!
Selling Homes Online
Franke Construction always has an extensive inventory of homes for sale, so this was to be a primary component of the website. The Homes for Sale Page outlines each home that they have for sale and when clicked, it provides the user with an extensive overview of each available home. From here interested users can get a map with driving directions, more photos, OR they can schedule an appointment with a Franke Staff member to tour the home. This is a great way to generate leads for selling homes online.
Online Subdivision Management That's Second To None
Since Matt is familiar with graphic design, we were able to pull a few tricks with this website that we often can't use on other websites. In the subdivision section of the website, Matt can upload his own color coded versions of subdivision plats that highlight available lot locations and available homes for sale. Beside the map is an outline of each of the homes for sale within that sudivision and a link to a full page profile on each available home. This makes finding a home easy with Franke Construction
