Simplify Online Event Registration

The Illinois Education & Technology Conference (IETC) approached us about radically redesigning their website. They wanted a website that showed visitors that the IETC conference was on the forefront of Technology and Education in the State of Illinois. Their Web committee was thrilled to see the layout that we had created for them, and apparently their vendors and participants appreciated it too. Immediately after the new website was launched they began receiving vendor and participant registration forms online. This was great for several reasons.

First, ALL registrations had been moved online so they needed a simply interface for people to use to complete their registrations (and pay for it). Second, they needed a way to store each registration in a clean database on the web and be able to output that information to a CSV file for use on a desktop computer. This reduced the overhead of managing multiple registration databases/excel documents, minimized manual data entry, reduced billing overhead (because payments were accepted online), and allowed them to easily send information to all registered participants and vendors about the event. The new IETC website is able to handle every request that the IETC Web Committee threw at us, and the response has been phenomenal!
