The first thing people notice when they hit this site is that it communicates very clearly with the core audience and draws the visitor into the website. We did this using a bold flash animation (sorry iPhone and iPad users). This allowed us to capture the user's attention right off the bat.
We also redesigned the way their site visitors interact with each of their property listings. Users can search by criteria, browse by the number of bedrooms available, and they can even compare up to four apartments in a side-by-side view, making it easier to determine which apartment is the best fit. All of these things improve the user's overall experience.
Young America recognized that they are in a highly competitive market so it wasn't going to be enough to just design a great website that connected with the audience...unless they could draw in a huge audience. So they decided to take advantage of our Search Engine Optimization services to get their website ranked highly with Google. Increasing visibility on the major search engines has increased traffic, leads, and sales for Young America. They also take advantage of our Pay Per Click Advertising. There are many keywords that Young America would like to be found for regardless of Google's natural search results. We have set them up with a Google Pay Per Click campaign to drive highly targeted traffic to their website, and they only have to pay when a user searches for them, finds them and clicks on the link to go to their website. This has significantly increased traffic, leads, and sales as well!
Young America does a lot of offline advertising on the campus of Illinois State and they wanted to know what was most effective. We setup Google Analytics to help them determine the most valuable forms of advertising so they could focus more on what worked and less on what wasn't working. With Google Analytics, Young America can see trends and spikes in traffic during advertising campaigns that include the website address. The charts and graphs make it easy to determine which advertising campaigns are working and which ones are not. This allows Young America to maximize their return on investment from offline advertising.
Young America wanted students to be able to share apartment listings with other students via the popular social networks like Facebook and Twitter so we setup every page of the website with Retweet and Share on Facebook links to encourage visitors to share and comment on every available listing. This is a great way to generate buzz and increase traffic, leads and sales.
It's important for Young America's site visitors to learn about the available properties but it's even more valuable for them to see those properties in person, and many people call asking for driving directions. We solved this problem by integrating Google Maps with every property profile page so that site visitors could easily access each location and get driving directions.
Here is what Andy Netzer, from Young America Realty had to say working with Cybernautic:
"Marketing to students requires us to have a dynamic and appealing website that functionally meets the needs of our students. Our website from Cybernautic has helped us reach our customers in interactive ways not possible with our previous website. Also, technical support is surprisingly quick to respond to inquiries."
