Joel carries a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Cordilleras in Baguio City, Philippines. He worked his way up the chain of command at Cybernautic until in 2008 he become the Head of Programming. Now Joel sets all of Cybernautic’s programming standards. He, in a sense is the architect of Cybernautic’s modern CMS, and insures that Cybernautic-developed sites not only adhere to W3C standards, but supersede them in terms of cross compatibility. Joel oversees all code development and programmer training to make sure our developers are always “one-step ahead of the curve.”
